To expand the project department in the Netherlands we are looking for a (m/f)
Client Service Partner
Job description:
You have the overall responsibility for one or more clients.
For your clients you :
-
assure the long term relationship: ideally you are introduced during the presales phase, take overall responsibility for the implementation phase and remain the preferred C&W management contact in the going concern mode after the go-live;
-
co-ordinate with the sales manager, the legal department and the project department; you actively participate in the commercial negotiations (within the boundaries set by the commercial department)...;
- take full P&L responsability: turnover, profitability, budgeting,...;
-
manage the account: you actively participate in the steering committees, their preparation and follow-up;
-
you discuss staffing issues with the client and the project manager;
- directly coach the project manager, and indirectly the entire team;
-
drive the business and have to look for business development opportunities;
- have to be an enabler between your projects/clients and the rest of C&W.
As you spend the vast majority of your time with your client(s), you are based at the clients premises.
You are also part of the management team of the projects department.
As such :
- you participate in the monthly management meetings;
-
you actively promote the knowledge transfer between the project teams;
- you develop/contribute to the long term vision and strategy;
- you develop the business;
-
you (eventually) drive C&W initiatives (e.g. implementation toolbox, coordination with the product department, project methodology,...).
